As part of our organizations continual employee training opportunities a number of our team recently attended a three day Internal Auditing class to the ISO: 9001:2008 standard. Prior to choosing Mireaux Management Solutions we internally performed the normal due diligence of comparing Mireaux with three other companies comparing cost, availability, training agenda, and so on. It soon became obvious that Mireaux met all of our requirements especially after speaking to Miriam Boudreaux in person.

The time and place was agreed upon and our twelve nervous but excited attendees started the training performed in person by Miriam. It is worth mentioning at this point that over 80% of the class had no real prior knowledge of the ISO:9001:2008 standard so the challenge was set for Miriam, with me left to worry that I had arranged a training that would be too difficult for our employees to grasp.

The three days flew buy with all the attendees enjoying the explanations in plain English by Miriam. She also made it a very interactive and a fun time, something that cannot be often said of a potentially dry subject.

At the end of the training the class then had the challenge of completing a test designed around their previous three days. (This was another reason for choosing Mireaux as I personally did not want anybody switching off and receiving a certificate just for being there).

The test was complete, the feedback received, and everyone left. Weeks after the attendees have nothing but exceptional praise for Miriam and the training. I have personally seen the difference this has made with common language being spoken, attendees signing up future internal audits, supporting customer audits of our company, and much more.
