I explained that we were in a rush to obtain ISO certification due to the Chinese government requirements. On October 23, 2009 we had our first meeting and sensing the urgency on our part, Ms. Boudreaux had a contract prepared and therefore we signed the contract on the spot. I am please to say that as of March 31, 2010 we are an ISO 9001 certified company thanks to DNV and Mireaux Management Solutions. Ms. Boudreaux and her team worked diligently to meet our strict deadlines. They basically created an infrastructure that we never had, going beyond the requirements of ISO to ensure that all of our Human Resources and Operating practices were formalized. We have already benefited from the many procedures, forms and policies they implemented, saving our company money. As a small company, there were many processes we were just doing ad hoc or had never charted. They brought their experience with larger companies, and implemented improvements that truly added value to us. Most of all, they complied with our deadlines, despite the holidays and the end of the year. Feedback Sonardyne Inc’s goal was to obtain ISO 9001:2000 certification, by the end of January 2007. An older QMS system from our parent manufacturing company was reviewed and found inappropriate for our local sales and service business. Hence Mireaux Quality Inc’s was contracted to review our needs and propose a new system that fit with our business model. Working closely with the head of each department and our ISO representative, Ms. Boudreaux was able to bring a new web based QMS system on-line in 3 months. Training classes were straightforward and educational. The user friendliness of the system allowed it to be well accepted by our employees. Sonardyne Inc received certification at the end of January 2007. Our parent company has been impressed with both the implementation and appropriateness of Inc’s QMS system. Feedback I am pleased to be able to recommend and serve as a reference for Miriam Boudreaux as an expert Quality Management System (QMS) consultant. Ms. Boudreaux was retained by Hart InterCivic in early 2006 to perform an independent internal audit of the Colorado Division’s QMS as part of its normal systems monitoring for ISO 9001:2000 certification. The audit conducted and the subsequent report produced by Ms. Boudreaux revealed a number of systemic deficiencies that were not previously identified during the regular surveillance audit by the certification body just a couple months earlier. Upon further investigation of the findings by Ms. Boudreaux, management determined a significant revamping of the QMS was required. Ms. Boudreaux was instrumental in helping to update the Hart Colorado QMS, including management consulting, drafting procedures, providing training and performing additional audits as necessary to verify and validate the corrective actions taken were appropriate and effective. Within a few months, Hart had adopted a completely restructured and revised QMS that was inherently simpler and better understood by the users of the system, thus attaining a significantly greater level of acceptance and compliance. Ms. Boudreaux’s consultative approach working within existing processes ensured the new QMS was immediately recognized and embraced by the company. In December 2006, Hart’s Colorado facility not only successfully passed its triennial ISO 9001:2000 recertification audit with a new accredited certification body, but was also able to expand the scope of its QMS certification. |  Implementation of the company intranet and integration of the Business and Quality Systems, from five manufacturing sites across the United States, into a single online Business Management System, that addresses the requirements from ISO 9001:2000. (2003)
Feedback I have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Boudreaux on development of the Ameri-Forge Group Business Intranet System. Ms. Boudreaux and myself started this project in mid May of 2003. She developed the Intranet system and had the system up and fully functional by July 1, 2003. The Ameri-Forge Group Business Intranet System was designed so we could take five different business and quality systems and combine them into one. Ms. Boudreaux was in contact with each facility manager and quality manager to gather their input to the designing of the system. After the Business Intranet System was designed Ms. Boudreaux gather the business and quality information for each facility and incorporated them into the Intranet System. Ms. Boudreaux developed a training plan and trained all personnel in the use of the system. From July through October we had two facilities recertified to ISO9001:2000 and one facility certified to ISO9001:2001. We also had our Metallurgy Lab A2LA registered. The Intranet System made our internal and external auditing process a pleasure to go through. We now don't get ready for audits we are always ready. Ms. Boudreaux has been very professional and methodical in her approach. She was a tremendous help in the process because of her knowledge in business and quality systems. The Intranet System has far exceed all expectations and was very reasonable in price versus buying off the shelf software. The System Ms. Boudreaux developed for the Ameri-Forge Group has saved us time and money, as well as, improved our documentation process.
