OVERVIEW
The Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action course teaches valuable root cause analysis tools essential to problem solving. This course also teaches the methodology to address corrective actions. The course provides with a firm understanding of the process to find the underlying causes of problems that impact many organization's operations and profitability. Using exercises and group discussions, this course helps develop a hands-on understanding that will facilitate the implementation of good corrective actions on any organization, whether the organizations holds an ISO certification or not.
