ROOT CAUSE AND CORRECTIVE ACTION TRAINING COURSE
 

OVERVIEW
The Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action course teaches valuable root cause analysis tools essential to problem solving. This course also teaches the methodology to address corrective actions. The course provides with a firm understanding of the process to find the underlying causes of problems that impact many organization's operations and profitability. Using exercises and group discussions, this course helps develop a hands-on understanding that will facilitate the implementation of good corrective actions on any organization, whether the organizations holds an ISO certification or not.  

 

TARGET AUDIENCE
This course is intended for anyone who is interested in solving problems better and permanently; regardless of whether their management system is based on the ISO 9001, ISO 27001 standard or any other standard. Sample audience may be:

  • Professionals responsible for implementing or maintaining a corrective or preventive action system.

  • Employees assigned with investigating or addressing corrective actions.

  • Employees or individuals who want to contribute to lower cost and improve efficiency of operations.

  • Quality Directors, Quality Managers or Supervisors, Quality Engineers.

  • IS or MIS Managers, Compliance Officers, IT Professionals, Network Engineers.
