OVERVIEW
The ISO 9001 Executive Overview course teaches the fundamental concepts of the ISO 9000 series of standards and provides with a firm understanding of the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standard. Using everyday terminology, exercises and group discussions, we help develop a hands-on understanding that will facilitate the implementation of a good quality management system.
