Mireaux's Web-Based Quality Management System's Human Resources module has several components that act together to help meet the different aspects and requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2005 standard.  Below is a brief explanation of each one of them.

While the standard does not require an Employee Policy Manual per se, we can help you create one or take the one you already have and transfer it online. This module makes it easy to create a policy manual that is simple to navigate, easy to review and that is truly web-based. Publishing the policy manual online is typically more effective and influential on the employees than distributing the manual in booklets.

An essential requirement of the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards is to define roles and responsibilities. The job Description module allows for creation of comprehensive yet concise job descriptions to help employees understand their main duties and responsibilities. The job descriptions follow the same format as our procedures and manuals, which help employees quickly understand their contents as they are already familiar with the format.

The Phone Directory module is a nice addition to the Web-Based QMS, allowing users to quickly search, sort and locate information regarding  company employees for one location or for multiple company locations.
