The Continual Improvement Program or CIP is a powerful application that can handle corrective and preventive actions from different sources. Basically any CAR, PAR, Customer Complaint, SCAR, NCR, etc, can be funneled through the CIP and be handled exclusively through the application. Screen will adjust according to the source chosen so that relevant information can be captured. The sources are:
