The future is here and constant availability of information anytime anywhere is what employees are demanding. This need will only increase with the advent of new employees who belong to the generation where peer to peer connection and communication are part of their well being. Our Web QMS Enterprise Management System is a software platform which conforms to various modules, each of them serving requirements from the ISO standards. In addition, the platform is flexible, expandable and scalable. This means that the company can add more modules as needed to enhance its QMS or to simply enhance their processes, even if that is not part of the ISO standard. We always recommend our clients to do what is best for them –while meeting the requirements of the standard; rather than doing what is best for ISO and the auditors. Our process for implementing a company’s QMS or ISMS mirrors Mireaux’s Web-Based QMS and by interviews and basic communication, we are able to meet each requirement as if we were putting together the pieces of a puzzle.

Mireaux Inc. was founded by Miriam Boudreaux in 2001 with the goal of assisting ISO certified companies to convert their paper-based ISO system into a paperless "web-based quality management system".  The web based QMS, as it was called, was an online document control system, developed in asp language and designed to be part of a company's intranet thus available anytime, anywhere.  Soon the web-based QMS expanded to incorporate dynamic software applications designed to manage corrective and preventive actions, as well training and development.

In 2002 Mireaux expanded its services to include full turnkey assistance in the preparation and achievement of the ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems certification.  It also began performing Gap Analysis, initial and periodic Internal Audits and Management Reviews.

Based on the increasing demand for training, in 2005 Mireaux expanded its operations to provide not just standard classroom training, but also online training or e-learning.  E-learning uses the latest technology and training techniques, resulting in rich interactive training sessions that can be deployed to each employee's desktop PC and that can be taken anytime, anywhere with immediate feedback of training effectiveness.  

With the unique exposure to Information Technology, Information Security and Quality Management Systems, in 2007, once again, Mireaux expanded its operations to provide assistance in the achievement of ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) certification.  Simultaneously, Mireaux's existing web based QMS was enlarged to include information security requirements, risk assessment, etc.  resulting in a state of the art web based quality management system able to satisfy any size or type of company. 

Since January 2009, Mireaux has been certified as a Women's Business Enterprise as well as a Minority Business Enterprise.  These certifications are aimed to assist companies reach greater markets specifically by supplying or partnering to large corporations or government agencies who possess Supplier Diversity Programs or who embrace diversity in their overall business.

Nowadays, Mireaux is very proud of its achievements and continues to look for better ways to help companies, small, medium or large, achieve their certification, training and continual improvement objectives.
